What is the thickness of your magnets? 
Our standard stock is .25 mil, however we offer .30 mil in certain sizes and .50 mil on heavy duty business card magnets. Our .25 mil is a sturdy thickness and will hold 3 sheets of paper.

Is there an artwork fee for you to create artwork?
Artwork is always free at Fourcolormagnets.com.  Please contact us if we can help design your next magnet!

Where do I send my art?
Art can be sent directly to the art department at art@yourpromopeople.com. 

Will I see a proof?
We require approval of all artwork, even art supplied to us from customers.You will see a PDF proof within 24 hrs of placing an order.

Why do I have to input a credit card before seeing proof?
To open a  job ticket on our end we need certain information such as shipping address and billing address. We do not charge any cards or send a bill until all art is approved and we start production.

Are these magnets printed in the United States?
YES, we are proud to say all our magnets are Made in THE USA.

Will I have a dedicated sales rep once I enter an order?
No order comes through our office without customer service support. You will be contacted by a representative about art and delivery dates. We will exceed your expectations.

What does four color printing mean? 
Four color means that we can match all colors of the rainbow and with digital print the clarity is much like a photo.

Can I order any quantity or only at the price breaks shown? (500, 1,000, 2,500, etc.)
You can order any quantity you would like.  The quantity breaks are where the pricing breaks occur.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
