I was pleased with the product I purchased from your company. It did find it difficult to track the status of my product because it seems that 2 different organizations are working on this project. I was not sure who to contact and when I did contact someone (YourPromoPeople) they did not give a timely response to my e-mailed question. (Thankfully, my product came nearly two days after my e-mail.) I do plan to use your company again, but, in the future, it would be helpful to have instructions on tracking to know who I should contact and that my inquiry will be answered promptly.
